When you first sign-up for WebAlive you will receive an email with the following details:
- WebAlive username
- WebAlive password
To begin making changes to you website you will need to login to the WebAlive Console with the login details provided.
If you do not have your login details handy you can request them by creating a support ticket request HERE.
To get started simply enter you username and password in the fields provided and then click the login button.
If you are experiencing difficulties while attempting to login to the WebAlive Console you may be required to bypass a proxy server or other common security features. For more informtaion on how WebAlive works with proxy's please click HERE.
